Question 6. Have you any future developments in the pipeline? We are currently recruiting more team members due to our rapid expansion. We are also developing some software that will enable our customers to integrate their business communications system into their IT eco systems.

Question 8. How do you add value to your customers wants and needs? We make moving to a cloud communications solution easy through our 4 stage process: - 1. Stage 1 – Consult. We understand what our customers needs are and then we recommend a solution to the customer that best fits those individual needs. We tailor that solution and tailor the commercials to each companies budget. 2. Stage 2 – Install – workair build and install the solution the customer has chosen. Workair also integrate the solution into the customers environment. 3. Stage 3 – Launch – workair test the solution to ensure it is working to the customers requirements and then train the staff how to use the solutions. 4. Stage 4 – Support – workair support the solution for the lifetime of the agreement.

Question 9. Any advice for new businesses starting up? Do your research first. Make sure there s a market willing to pay for your products and services. Not all good ideas can be commercialized. Put the customer at the heart of everything you do. Be belligerent !! There are more downs than ups in the early days of most businesses, you need to be focused and resilient to be successful.

Question 10. Why did you join County Meath Chamber? The 2 founders of Workair – Stephen Mackarel and Bill Kenny both hail from Navan. We are very keen to grow our business in Meath and believe that being involved in the Meath business community was important to getting our name out there. We are also keen to support Meath businesses by providing our global leading business communications solutions to them.

Question 11. How has Covid - 19 affected your business and what steps have you made to go forward? Covid 19 has been a catalyst for our business. Our solutions enable remote working. We have won some very big clients since the start of Covid including the Office of Public Works.
